We have launched the newest production of extruded marmalade in the south of Russia (in the Rostov region, Myasnikovsky district, Lenivani village). We combined modern technologies and global experience to create the most delicious marmalade.
We have refined our recipes, selected the best Russian and European ingredients, and added natural fruit juice to the mix, resulting in juicy strips, pencils, spaghetti, and mochi.

Extruded marmalade is a trendy and modern type of marmalade.
Marmalade produced using extrusion technology involves "pushing" hot, viscous marmalade mass through an extruder and through forming holes on a conveyor, followed by glazing or coating (unlike the standard manufacturing process, where marmalade is poured into special molds). This unique technology allows for an optimal soft consistency of the product while maintaining a resilient structure.
Extruded marmalade has fundamentally different taste qualities. It features a soft, chewy flavor with a pleasant aftertaste and no cloying sweetness. Our range includes pencils—marmalade tubes with a topping (filling) of sweet soufflé—and strips—in the form of sheets of various colors, lengths, widths, and thicknesses.

All CHI-WA-WA products are made with 100% natural fruit juice. All ingredients undergo strict quality control by our technologists and have quality certificates.
Yes, there are options in the range for vegetarians. We do not use gelatin in the composition of the strips, and in some positions, we replace the food dye carmine (red), which is also natural but of animal origin, with a natural concentrate of black carrot.
The recommended storage temperature is between +14°C and +25°C with a relative humidity of no more than 70%.

Yes, for convenience, most halal items on the website are marked with a special symbol. In the composition of the pencils, we use only beef gelatin, while the strips do not contain gelatin.
Yes, we have a Halal certificate (in Russia, we sell marmalade in republics where the majority of the population is Muslim), and we are currently in the process of obtaining an International Halal certificate.
